Right of withdrawal

Each customer has a right to withdraw from the contract of sale within 14 days without stating any reason. In such case, the Seller will refund all payment received from the customer.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal from the contract of sale concluded by means of the on-line shop www.7oczek.pl the customer shall complete a withdrawal form and send it to the seller on sklep@7oczek.pl. The withdrawal form template is presented below.

The package should be addressed to: AR Design Agnieszka Rammel, Willowa 11, 44-121 Gliwice.

In case of withdrawal from the contract customers return the products at their own expense.

Complaints

If during the use of a purchased product you notice that it is faulty, you can make a formal complaint. The Seller is fully liable for non-conformity of goods with the contract of sale within 2 years following the reception of the package. In case you notice that the product purchased in our shop is defective, you should inform the seller of this fact within 2 months by submitting a complaint.

Complaints procedure:

The Customer may make a complaint concerning the contract of sale by sending an e-mail to sklep@7czek.pl or in form of a letter sent to the seller’s address. The complaint form shall include at least:

  1. Buyer’s first and last name, his address and e-mail address,
  2. Date of the contract of sale being subject of complaint,
  3. The item concerned by the complaint and clear information on buyer’s request,
  4. All circumstances motivating the complaint.

If the details of your complaint need to be completed, the Seller will ask you to provide missing information. The complaint is considered by the Seller within 14 days following its reception in correct form. The response is sent by e-mail or by traditional mail to the Buyer.
